Position: Sales / Front of House or Mechainc
Location: Carine
Employment Type: Full Time
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding the right bike and gear for their needs.
- Share your knowledge of bikes, accessories, and maintenance to help customers make informed decisions.
- Support the workshop and sales team by achieving sales targets and contributing to a positive team environment.
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and inviting store atmosphere.
- Stay updated on the latest cycling trends, products, and technology.
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for cycling and outdoor activities.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
- Team player mentality with a positive attitude.
- Availability to work Saturdays if needed (hey, sometimes we need to go racing!)
