Responsibilities:

Operational Delivery:

• Carry out commissioning, service contract maintenance & after-hours service commitments
• Achieve a high level of service to clients according to time, expense & profitability
• Maintain relationships with customers, ensuring service requests are completed
• Follow Client Environmental, Health & Safety requirements
• Have a Safety-first mindset & complete as well as follow JHA/SWEMS
• Follow ISO9001 Quality processes
• Ensure company vehicle, personal dress & appearance are professional

Planning & Reporting:

• Own the Field Service Reports function
• Manage Report standards ensuring Service Requests are signed by customers
• All items used on a job, whether Liebert spares or consumables, must be detailed on the FSR.
• Ensure service reports, company reports & expense claims are submitted
• Continuous personal development & training for technology in the critical cooling industry
• Identify opportunities for business improvement in service delivery & processes
• Identify growth opportunities & collaborate with senior management

Requirements:

• Restricted Electrical License WA Australia
• Technical knowledge in data centers, telecom, commercial & industrial or related industry
• Proven experience within the Commercial Cooling/Critical Cooling Industry as a service technician
