Description:
- Oversee all facets of accounts payable
- Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers
- Handle month-end closing and reconcile AP ledgers
- Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
- Maintain accurate financial records and control reports
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department on budgeting and forecasting
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation
Requirements:
A successful AP Officer should have:
- 4+ years of end to end AP experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with SAP is essential
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
