What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Managing general office operations, including supplies, facilities, and equipment maintenance.
✔ Providing administrative support to senior management and team members.
✔ Handling correspondence, phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.
✔ Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
✔ Assisting with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
✔ Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
✔ Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics for staff.
✔ Supporting HR functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining records, and assisting with payroll.
✔ Managing the company’s online store—updating listings, processing orders, coordinating shipments, and handling customer inquiries.
✔ Liaising with external vendors, clients, and service providers.
✔ Contributing to office culture and team-building activities.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in an office administration or sports administration role (minimum 2 years preferred).
Strong organisational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism, discretion, and a customer-focused mindset.
Experience in bookkeeping or HR support (desirable but not essential).
Must have full working rights in Australia.
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required.
