- Ideally 5years of proven local experience as a Production or Pre-Sales Estimator.
- Demonstrated stable employment history.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Comprehensive understanding of Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
- Understanding of Architecturally and Custom Designed Homes and Medium Density Housing Developments, including civil and site works.
- Local estimating experience in residential housing, custom and architecturally-designed construction and medium density developments.
- Competent computer skills; experience with Cubit Estimating and Databuild Software Programs would be beneficial.
- Practical understanding of Building and Construction Codes of Australia.
- Knowledge of general and specialist building materials suppliers and procurement methodologies.
- Insight into client expectations, project budget costing, and approvals procedures, combined with the necessary drive and initiative to achieve outcomes.
