This represents an opportunity with a well established accounting firm based in the Inner City Suburbs. This accounting firm pride themselves on their modern systems and processes. The firm offers outstanding service to their clients in the areas of Business Advisory, Tax Compliance, SMSFs, Financial Planning and Business Coaching.

POSITION
Due to growth, the position of Business Services Manager has been created. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Client relationship management
- Workflow management
- Mentoring, coaching and guiding a high performing team
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- CA/CPA qualified
- 12+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- Previous management experience
- Strong technical tax ability
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

The firm does offer some WFH options and flexibility - however due to the seniority of this position, it will predominantly be office based.
