The Opportunity:
We are seeking 1-2 Service Technicians to join the team, who do not necessarily need first-hand experience – the position and salary will be shaped around the person’s experience to date. In the role you will service and maintain cutting-edge electrical and plumbing equipment, providing first-class customer service for clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and systems to ensure peak performance.
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to complete repairs efficiently
- Document all work, including repairs, parts used, and labour hours
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service tasks and meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with hands-on equipment repair and maintenance skills (any industry, but not essential)
- Certificate of Diploma in Electrical, Plumbing etc
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Clear, professional interactions with clients and team members
- Tech-savvy mindset – Basic knowledge of electrical
- Can work independently and as part of a dynamic team
Essential Requirements (or willingness to obtain):
- Australian Driver’s Licence
- Working with Children Check
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Working at Heights Certification
- EWP Licence (Scissor & Boom Lift under 11m)
- Forklift Licence (desirable but not required)
