Our client is an established and award winning team of financial planners and mortgage brokers dedicated to creating tailored strategies that help individuals and businesses grow wealth and achieve financial security.They are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Associate Adviser to join their dynamic team in a busy role that will see you work alongside Advisers who deliver high quality advice to clients in the wealth creation/accumulation phase. This role will suit someone with a great foundation in Financial Planning, who is looking to take the next step in their career and become an Associate Adviser. You might be a Client Services Manager looking to take the next step, or currently an Associate who is after some further career progression.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Work alongside an Adviser and provide 1:1 support
- Attend client meetings, taking notes and formulating advice strategies based on the information provided
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing timely advice and updates on their financial strategies and portfolio performance
- Assist in the preparation, review, and implementation of financial plans for clients, including retirement planning, investment strategies, superannuation, tax, and insurance.
- Conduct research on financial products, markets, and strategies to assist in the development of tailored financial plans.
- Ensure all client interactions and documentation comply with industry regulations and internal policies
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working in the financial planning industry in either a client services or associate level role
- Relevant industry qualifications with the willingness to complete further study if necessary
- Strong communication skills and high degree of professionalism
- Willingness to learn and further your career in financial planning
