Our client is a family-owned food distribution company with over 30 years of excellence in service delivery. They are the leading independent foodservice provider across the South Coast, Far South Coast, Southern Highlands and Sydney regions.
They are now seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This full-time role will focus on enhancing existing customer relationships by managing their orders and promoting our client's products. The successful candidate will be the key to maximising customer engagement and satisfaction.
As a Customer Service Administrator, your role will include:
- Managing customer enquiries and process orders via phone and email
- Engaging with existing customers to promote products, campaigns, and services
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues effectively
- Documenting customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality
- Utilise Microsoft Navision and proprietary programs to track and manage orders
- Maintaining product knowledge and stay updated with system training
- Conducting daily banking, account reconciliations, and account collections
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in administration
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- The ability to handle customer requests with professionalism and efficiency
