About the Company
This award winning family business has been growing over the past 30 years and have had great success in the market! They have built a highly reputable company in the swimming pool industry. Due to this rapid growth they want to expand their team and bring on an experienced Pool Service Technician.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for a full-time experienced Technician to join an established team of down to earth good blokes. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager who is very hands on and comes with well over a decade of experience himself. You will be working with a team who understand that open communication, running on time and their reliability sets them apart from their competition. This position requires the incumbent to have extensive technical, trade and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Initiate problem solving methodologies and tools to find root cause of problems
Adhere to workplace safety measures - Water PH testing
- Servicing and maintenance of equipment
- Installations
- Repairing pumps and electrical equipment when needed (plumbing duties a bonus)
Skills & experience
- Experience as a Service Technician in the pool industry is a must! You must have experience with pool installs, equipment servicing and breakdowns and heating.
- Australian Driver's License
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously
- Able to take direction well and learn quickly on the job

Benefits
Depending on experience, this role comes with great salary of $75K + Super + Car and commissions of over $10 - $15K per year! Due to the immense workload there is definitely opportunities to progress into an "off the tools" role in the future for the right person.
