As a Beauty Therapist, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their vision of confidence INSIDE & OUT by:
- Creating wow-worthy transformations: Assess clients, advise on treatments and provide results-driven aesthetic services such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, cosmetic grade peels, Hydrojelly masks, and Fractional RF.
- Client-Centric Approach: Work closely with clients to discuss and understand their needs and deliver tailor-made solutions that leave them feeling DREAMY and confident by also providing options for aftercare with our in-store products.
- Collaborate with a Supportive Team: Work alongside passionate professionals who share your love for all things skin and beauty.
- Uphold Our Values: Be committed to safety, excellence, and providing outstanding customer service from client booking to appointments and beyond.
We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have:
- Formal qualification in Beauty: i.e. Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
- Exceptional Technical Skills: Experience in skin assessments and treatments is highly desirable, though not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you excel in this aspect of the role.
- Commitment to Professionalism: Be punctual, organised, and maintain an impeccable appearance while ensuring discretion in your work.
- Passion for the Beauty Industry: Bring a genuine enthusiasm for skin, beauty, and making others feel amazing.
- Customer Service and Sales Focus: A track record of delivering superior customer service and achieving sales targets.
