About the role

Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide expert, timely and pro-active advice on all business management issues to support the operational and strategic activities of the allocated business units within Redcliffe Hospital. Enhance the financial, human resource and business capability of the respective business units, through the initiation and evaluation of innovative proposals that will position the services for future progress.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the various financial and non-financial information systems that can provide useful management information to assist in the ongoing management of the Redcliffe Hospital business units.
  • Provide monthly reporting and comprehensive analysis of the Service's performance in terms of expenditure, FTE and activity, identifying and explaining any relevant variances. Assist the business unit in the development of strategies to mange.
  • Provide expert advice, guidance and management of on revenue operational functions within the business unit as required.
