JOB DUTIES:
- Lease existing residential homes and apartments
- Conduct open for inspections / property inspections
- Marketing properties (with admin support)
- Database management & calls
WHATS ON OFFER:
- $65,000 - 70,000 + Super + Commissions (monthly comms payable, tbc)
- Laptop/Phone can look to be provided as/if required
- Parking Local to Office

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Prior experience in leasing environment or property management ideal
- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
- Valid Drivers Licence
