Within newly available role, you will NOT have your own portfolio, you duties will include purely overseeing & providing guidance to a small team of ~ 6+ staff with the day-to-day management of their portfolios.
Using cloud based systems and the latest tech, this is a rare opportunity in property management! These roles do not come up OFTEN!
This is a Monday - Friday role, NO weekends rostered with parking provided!

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage team of 6+ staff, PM's and leasing consultants (team is already established)
- Report to Head of Department and General Manager on staff performance, portfolio KPI's, etc
- Assist and develop your staff into "senior" property managers, updating them on legislation, changes and being the "go to" support person in the office
- Work on challenging situations, assist VCAT prep and use your property management expertise for the benefit of the company and to enhance your skills!
You will work Monday - Friday 9am to 5:30pm with NO weekends.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property (required) or Full Real Estate licence (not required but good to have)
- Management and Property Management Experience (ideally managing similar size team or thereabouts)
- Mandarin speaking advantageous, however NOT required!
- Well presented and excellent spoken skills
