As a Senior Solution Design Manager at DHL Supply Chain, you will lead and motivate an experienced team, to influence stakeholders and deliver innovative, world-class transport and warehousing supply-chain solutions. Within a collaborative environment, you will:
- Develop strategies and solutions that demonstrate a deep understanding of new and existing customer requirements
- Apply insights to the design of industry leading, cost-effective & innovative solutions
- Research industry offerings and stay abreast of market trends
- Manage effective internal and external stakeholder relationships to achieve objectives
- Align resources and facilitate cross-functional teams to create seamless solutions for our customers and deliver on our promise to be the Provider of Choice.

To be successful in the role you will
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience across transport and/ or warehousing in start-up operations and a proven track record in the development of new products and services
- 3 years’ experience in a commercial role with business development or operations experience
- Successful history of building customer relationships
- Proven experience in customer and stakeholder negotiations
- Superior organisational, prioritisation and multi-tasking ability
- Advanced MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- The ability to see the 'big picture' and have an innovative & proactive approach
