About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Nurse to provide exceptional, person-centred care to patients. You will work collaboratively within a team, following regulatory and statutory guidelines to ensure the highest standards of care. Your practice will evolve from novice to proficient, with continuous opportunities for growth and development in a supportive environment.

In this role, you will work under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse/Midwife, yet always maintain responsibility for your actions. You will have the chance to develop your nursing skills, delivering quality care while remaining accountable in every aspect of your role. About You

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred care.

Key role requirements include:

• Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and holds a Diploma in Enrolled Nursing.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Ability to prioritise workloads, recognise changes in clinical conditions, and report them appropriately.
• Solid understanding of the Enrolled Nurse role, relevant legislation, standards, and ethical guidelines in healthcare settings.
