Overview:
- The Workforce Relations Consultant is accountable to the Director, Strategic Industrial Relations and Policy by supporting the review and management of various industrial relations issues, providing evidence-based analysis
- The Workforce Relations Consultant provides high quality advice and services to SA Health, health units and other client groups, which results in best practice workforce analysis, development and management.
- The Workforce Relations Consultant will support and/or coordinate industrial relations projects, including stakeholder consultation.
- The Workforce Relations Consultant will contribute to workforce policy and procedure development, implementation and evaluation.
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.

Criminal History Screening Requirement
- A National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment)
