About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Clinical Facilitator within our Adult Community Mental Health Service.

The Clinical Nurse (Clinical Facilitator Portfolio) is responsible for the professional facilitation of students undertaking Post Graduate Mental Health rotation to apply mental health nursing theory to nursing practice. As a Clinical Facilitator, you will be primarily responsible for the clinical oversight, support and leadership of the Post Graduate Mental health Nurse in the clinical practice environment.

As a Clinical Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mental health care in our community. Your exceptional communication skills, clinical expertise and unwavering commitment to patient-centred care will be invaluable assets in this role. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional development.

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered as a Nurse by the Nursing/Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and hold a current practicing certificate. You must be enrolled in an approved mental health course or hold a qualification in mental health practice.
