Overview:
- Responsible for the functional administration of SA Health's catalogue to support the common supplier data maintenance needed for the procure to pay and supply chain management solution across SA Health, so that it is maintained across all areas, and achieves the highest possible standards of quality.
- Ensure the SA Health Catalogue supplier attributes are maintained to ensure business outcomes can be delivered and assist users to make timely decisions.
- Ensure that supplier attributes fit the SA Health Catalogue business rules at all times.
- Provide analysis and reports to stakeholders to pro-actively assist them achieve their business objectives.
- Ensure that procurement and purchasing methodologies and principles, are strictly adhered to, and form the basis of all supplier data maintenance decisions.
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.
