The Logistics Officer is responsible for Managing functions associated with identifying, sourcing, organising and maintaining items of equipment, educational resources and training and office supplies required to achieve the outcomes of Clinical Education programs.
This role also coordinates bookings and requests for use of Clinical Education resources required for training programs to ensure resources are planned, reserved, in good condition / functioning and available in advance of training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating the allocation and distribution of educational resources and equipment across metropolitan and regional locations to support the delivery of Clinical Education programs.
Maintaining an inventory of equipment, ensuring proper working condition, and conducting regular audits of medical supplies and consumables.
Sourcing, reserving, and obtaining necessary equipment and resources to facilitate the successful execution of Clinical Education programs.
Overseeing the movement and transportation of equipment and resources across South Australia, utilizing various logistics channels to ensure timely availability.
Monitoring and managing expenditure related to course consumables and training resources, ensuring cost-effective procurement and maintenance of supplies.
Identifying and addressing gaps in resource requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to develop strategies for improved service standards and resource management.
