About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter/Prepper/Coater to join our high-performing team . Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you’ll play a key role in preparing, painting, and finishing wheels to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stripping, prepping, spray painting, and coating wheels to manufacturer or custom specifications.
- Colour matching.
- Knowledge of repair techniques.
- Working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and quality .
- Ensuring Health & Safety standards are followed.
- Experience in a body shop or accident repair center is preferred but not essential.

- A skilled Spray Painter with a passion for high-quality finishes.
- Someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail .
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-focused environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required (with incentives!).
