THE POSITION

With our exciting growth, we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Membership Consultant. As a Membership Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the SAINT community by driving membership sales and delivering unparalleled experiences to prospective waitlist members.

Reporting directly to the Head of Membership, you will serve as the primary point of contact for potential members, guiding them through the entire journey from initial inquiry to successful onboarding.

Your mission will be to attract like-minded individuals, foster meaningful relationships, and ensure a seamless and welcoming integration into our exclusive SAINT private club.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage membership waitlist enquiries and applications from initial contact through to successful onboarding.
  • Conduct personalised tours of the club, showcasing SAINT’s services, offerings, and unique facilities.
  • Engage with prospective members to assess their fit with the SAINT community.
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospects, updating them on their application status and membership openings.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Membership and club management to execute membership strategies and support retention efforts.
  • Answer facility and service-related questions from prospective members or follow up promptly with answers if needed.
  • Assist with member onboarding to ensure each new member receives a warm, world-class welcome.
  • Identify opportunities to help members live their ultimate life by connecting them to relevant services and experiences within the club.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to adapt and improve sales strategies.

KEY ATTRIBUTES, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

We are seeking someone who is energetic, driven, and passionate about delivering luxury, high-end member experiences. To thrive in this role, you will bring the following skills and attributes:

  • Proven experience in membership sales, ideally within fitness, wellness, or high-end hospitality environments.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills – you build rapport easily and engage authentically with members and prospects.
  • Sales and target-driven mindset – experience in achieving individual sales targets and contributing to business growth.
  • Customer-first approach – you know how to curate meaningful experiences and make people feel truly special.
  • Integrity and honesty – you are people-focused and operate with genuine care and professionalism.
  • Confident and self-assured communicator – you listen attentively, articulate ideas clearly, and are comfortable speaking with people at all levels.
  • Curious and perceptive – you ask the right questions, seek to understand member needs, and always look for new opportunities to add value.
  • Adaptable availability – willing to work some early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required to accommodate member needs.
