About the role:
As a Service Sales Representative , you will play a key role in actively promoting and selling After Sales products and services across Australia.
Your primary focus will be on expanding and developing our customer base while maximising the potential of our Jungheinrich and TCM product range . Aligned with the Service Sales team , you will drive growth by identifying opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing to overall revenue and business strategy success.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Active selling and development of the full range of Aftersales Products and services
- Establishment and renewal of service contracts with customers
- Drive business development by acquiring new customers and re-engaging lost accounts.
- Development and implementation of sales strategy within designated geographic regions and customer base
- Assistance with development of quotes for repairs and service works
- Occasional domestic travel to drive strategic growth in Aftersales revenue
Qualifications and Experience:
- Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering tailored solutions for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Experience in spare parts interpretation (preferred).
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- Flexible and strong work ethic with a proactive approach.
- Goal-oriented with a commitment to achieving excellence in customer service and relationship management.
- Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think laterally.
- Experience in sales and/or aftersales, with a track record of success in a similar role.
