We are seeking Full-time, Part-Time and Casual Express Agents (Guest Service Agents) to join our team and embody our Service Style, Mission Made Easy. This role is integral to ensuring our guests enjoy a smooth, hassle-free stay, and it’s built upon three core Service Behaviors:
- Be Ready: Anticipate our guests' needs and provide seamless, efficient service that keeps their stay on track.
- Be Engaging: Build genuine connections with guests, offering warm and attentive service that makes them feel valued.

What We’re Looking For:
- Passionate & Personable: A friendly and enthusiastic attitude with a knack for creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Career-Driven: Eager to learn and advance within the hospitality industry.
- Customer-Focused: Committed to delivering exceptional and memorable guest experiences.
- Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to think on your feet.
- Flexible: Willingness to work a rotating roster, including night shifts.
- Experienced: Prior experience in front office operations and PMS systems is preferred.
- Qualified: Willing to obtain RSA and First Aid certificates.
