About the Role
As a Junior Surveyor, you’ll work alongside our experienced team to develop your skills in construction setouts and general surveying tasks. Your role will involve:
- Assisting with construction setouts for domestic projects.
- Supporting feature surveys, control surveys, as-built surveys, and post-pour surveys.
- Ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
- Managing daily tasks efficiently and learning how to work independently over time.
- Working closely with the Willis team, with mentorship and structured job allocations from our management.

What We’re Looking For
- A Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Surveying (recently completed or near completion).
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Good time management and communication skills.
- The ability to work both in a team and develop autonomy over time.
- Some familiarity with surveying equipment and software (e.g., AutoCAD, LisCad) is a plus.
- A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel to sites.
