With over 140 stores across Australia and New Zealand (and plans to grow!), we're on the lookout for an Assistant State Manager to help lead our VIC & TAS store network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create moments that matter: Represent and uphold our values and mission across the state; always leading by example
- Develop & Inspire: Motivate and coach your teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and sales performance.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure store operations run smoothly, including stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse KPI's and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Succession Planning: Expertise in succession planning to identify high performing team and providing them with opportunities for career progression.
- Collaborate: Provide regular reports and updates; collaborating with your State Manager
- Dynamic Communication: Capability to present information effectively to store, executive teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Retail Leadership Experience: 3+ years in a State Manager or Senior Regional Manager role in a high-volume business.
- Passion for Customer Experience: A dedication to creating an exceptional in-store experience for our customers.
- Strong Leadership Skills: The ability to inspire and motivate your team to achieve their best.
- Analytical Mindset: The capability to analyse data and use insights to make informed decisions.
- Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
