About the Opportunities:
Reporting to the Administration Manager you will focus on developing strong customer relationships. Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers, primary producers and trade customers and the focus of your role is to provide a memorable experience for all customers either in store or over the telephone whilst:
- Performing branch administrative tasks including accounts payable, expenses, banking, ordering, postage
- Processing Livestock and Clearing sales
- Assist customers with pricing and product queries
- Processing counter sales
- Answering phone calls and emails

No experience is required, just a can-do attitude and a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition, you will demonstrate:
- A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
- Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
- Ability to identify ways to improve internal processes
- Excellent computer skills including SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook & the ability to learn new systems quickly
