Description:
We are a neurodiverse affirming practice who have held NDIS registration for over 5 years and work predominantly with adults and children who are neurodivergent, have cognitive impairments, chronic mental health challenges or acquired brain injuries.
We are now looking to partner with behaviour support practitioners to support increased availability of specialist behaviour support services that provide flexibility, access and a neurodiverse affirming approach for clients. We have been working with partners across Australia to develop a way for practitioners to be able to own, manage and run their own therapy business while we support by providing access to our NDIS registration as well as supervision and mentoring.
To partner with us you will need,
- Experience and registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Commission - Proficient and above registration.
- An understanding of the relevant legislation including the NDIS Rules, NDIS Quality & Safeguards Practice Standards and relevant state legislation.
- Relevant tertiary level qualifications (counsellor, mental health nurse, psychologist, occupational therapist, speech therapist) and if applicable registration with a professional body.
- A company structure in place, so that we can partner with you effectively.
What will we give you in return?
- The flexibility to run your own business, work when you want and where you want.
- Access to mentoring to set up your business for success, including support with gaining your own NDIS registration if that is your goal.
- Admin support with onboarding your clients.
- Invoices processed quickly, so that you maintain your cash flow.
- A great team of partners who are already enjoying working in this model of care delivery and who are happy to share experiences.
To apply please provide a cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the role as well as an upto date CV.
