What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers in our showroom , understanding their renovation needs and providing expert product recommendations.
- Consult, quote, and close deals , guiding customers from initial enquiry to final purchase while maintaining a high conversion rate.
- Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment , balancing multiple customer interactions and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, renovators, and builders, offering solutions that align with their budget and project timelines.
- Stay proactive and competitive —our customers are ready to buy, and your ability to deliver exceptional service will drive results.
- Showroom-based sales role —no travel required! You’ll manage customer interactions in-store, via email, and over the phone , ensuring every enquiry receives professional and timely support.

Who We’re Looking For:
✅ A motivated, results-driven individual with a "can-do, will-do" attitude
✅ A strong sales background , preferably in retail, real estate, or similar customer-focused industries
✅ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills - confident in face-to-face, phone, and email communication to provide tailored solutions.
✅ Work independently to meet sales targets and collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and after-sales support
✅ Confident using digital tools —quick to learn and navigate POS, CRM, and other systems and tools in a digital workplace.
✅ Availability to work on Saturdays
