We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable waitress to join our team at Hecho En Mexico. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and create a welcoming dining experience. A passion for Mexican cuisine and a positive attitude are essential.

• Customer Service : Greet customers warmly and promptly, presenting menus and offering beverage service. Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing attentive and friendly service.
• Order Taking : Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.
• Food and Beverage Service : Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner. Ensure accuracy of orders and quality presentation.
• Menu Knowledge : Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including daily specials and promotions. Be able to make recommendations and answer any questions regarding the menu.
• Cleanliness : Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas, service stations, and restrooms. Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
• Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other waitstaff to ensure efficient service. Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant.
• Cash Handling : Process customer payments accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and any other payment methods.
• Problem Solving : Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating to the manager when necessary.
• Upselling : Suggest additional items to enhance the guest experience, such as appetizers, desserts, and beverages.

• Experience : Previous experience as a waitress or in customer service is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Appearance : Maintain a neat and professional appearance, adhering to the restaurant's dress code.
• Availability : Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Requirements : Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, carry trays of food and beverages, and perform light cleaning duties.
