We are looking for an experienced Casual Gaming Supervisor to join the PLG team at The Club in Caroline Springs primarily working night shifts. You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing gaming operations, ensuring all regulatory compliance requirements are met, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.The Club is a premier dining complex situated in Caroline Springs and has become a great venue within the community. Offering a family friendly environment, great service and a relaxed atmosphere for all to enjoy. Boasting magnificent modern facilities including a large bistro with a designated kid’s area, function room, sports bar and more. What will my duties include?

• Ensure the gaming room is always of a high standard in terms of cleanliness, customer service, lighting and ambiance.
• Oversee daily gaming operations, including game management and equipment functionality.
• Ensure that all policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements are always being met.
• Supervise and support gaming staff and provide training and guidance to maintain high-performance standards.
• Assisting when required with the management team in the further development of the gaming room.

What we are looking for:

• Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
• Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
• Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
• Food Handlers Certificate.
• TAB Compliance.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
