About You

The ideal candidate will be passionate and proud of the food and service they deliver and be willing to go above and beyond to create ongoing memorable and unique guest experiences. You will have strong leadership skills, be a team player, have the ability to provide constructive feedback to keep building the FOH teams' ability and skills, have hospitality experience in premium events or fine-dining, and have a demonstrated positive "can do" attitude.

  • Proficient with computers (able to use ordering & rostering systems)
  • Availability to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Front-of-House (FOH) Team Leader to join our team at Eureka 89 on a full-time basis. You'll become a valued member of a team of FOH Team Leaders, collaborating on rotating rosters to oversee all front-of-house activities for events and dining at Eureka 89.

Reporting to Eureka 89’s Assistant Operations Manager, the FOH Team Leader is responsible for the coordination of the FOH staff, ensuring seamless delivery of events and dining, liaising with clients, presentation of the venue (including set up/pack down and AV), ordering and receipting of goods, and communicating with the Sales & Events and Kitchen teams to deliver a seamless service.

This position is responsible for creating a high-performance culture by mentoring and developing employees, upholding service standards and procedures, and ensuring work is completed in accordance with work health and safety procedures at all times.

This is an amazing opportunity for you to be mentored by seasoned hospitality leaders who will show the ropes and kick-start your hospitality management career.

This position is full-time, working on a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday.
