The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for Vehicle Dismantler to join the team at our Broadmeadows facility. This role is truly unique - work a compressed working week of 38 hours across 4.5 days, with Friday afternoons off, and no weekend work!
Role responsibilities
- Safely dismantling parts from a vehicle on a hoist
- Tagging & Quality checking parts
- Drain all fluids safely ensuring no spillage
- Test and clean parts where required
- Keep parts for recycling and put in designated locations: batteries, Tyres, catalytic converters, wiring etc
- Clean and maintain all work areas
- Maintain tools as required
- Complete daily safety inspections
