Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive eye examinations

Fit contact lenses, including specialty fittings

Diagnose and manage dry eye conditions

Provide myopia control treatments

Co-manage eye diseases in collaboration with local Ophthalmologists
-
Treat eye injuries with care and precision
Tools & Technology You will be supported by a dedicated team of qualified dispensers and have access to a range of modern diagnostic and practice management equipment, including:

Optomate Touch practice management system

Topcon retinal camera onsite, with access to OCT at our Geelong branch

HFA-3 Perimeter
About You Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

Therapeutic endorsement (required)

A desire to elevate clinical skills and knowledge in therapeutics and co-management

Strong teamwork skills and a passion for continuous learning

Interest in providing specialty optometry services is highly regarded

Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a respectful approach to team members and patients
What We Offer

Part-time availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and negotiable Saturday mornings (preferably 1 or 2 per month)
