Senior Change & Training Manager
Duration: 6 Months to start - 5 days a week near Southern Cross
We are seeking an experienced Senior Change and Training Manager to lead the development and execution of large-scale system-based training initiatives . This role requires a strong background in change and training management, with a focus on delivering structured training strategies and supporting business readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy based on the agreed Training Approach. This includes curriculum design, training structure, training format, training metrics, environment preparedness, delivery scheduling, and logistics.
  • Take a hands-on leadership role in the design, development, and delivery of training materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Readiness Lead and SMEs to ensure training aligns with business needs and facilitates smooth adoption of change.
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics to track training effectiveness and continuously improve the training approach.
  • Support change management efforts by working in close partnership with the Business Readiness Lead to facilitate a seamless transition for end users.
Skills & Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on training and change management within large-scale system implementations.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute training strategies that support business readiness and system adoption.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills , with experience working alongside SMEs and business leaders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities , and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Articulate is highly desirable for training content development.
