Moss & Co Consulting have partnered with an International Law firm on the recruitment of a Legal Assistant opportunity in their Intellectual Property team, working within the Trademark space.
You will work with a varied client base, and support a team of dedicated trade mark attorneys. They regularly advise on all aspects of trade mark law including in relation to trade mark clearances, infringements and related issues, licensing, domain names, advertisements and anti-counterfeiting for a number of local, regional and international businesses.

Your responsibilities will include:
- diary management
- assisting in the maintenance of the firm's trade promotions portfolio
- drafting documents and correspondence, including court documents
- filing and file management
- timesheet entry
- monthly billing
- arranging meetings and liaising with clients
- other general administrative duties and support as required
This role is full-time in the office and will offer work from home flex after probation.
Ideally you have experience within Intellectual Property/IP and Billing.
