About the roleOur client has a fantastic opportunity for an Automotive Brand Manager to join their team in Shepparton. In this full-time, on-site role you will be responsible for leading the sales and operations of two prestige brands within the business.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and implement effective sales initiatives
- Collaborate with manufacturer partners to ensure alignment on brand strategy and achievement of shared objectives
- Oversee inventory management, pricing, and promotional activities to optimise financial performance
- Lead and develop the sales team through coaching, training, and performance management
- Foster a positive and customer-centric culture within the sales department
- Significant experience in automotive sales management or brand leadership roles
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability for automotive brands
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
- Detailed understanding of automotive industry trends, customer behaviours, and competitive landscapes
- Passion for the Audi and Volkswagen brands and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
