Calling on all people with background in Facilities Management/Operations Management that are looking to grow and expand on their experience within FM/Operations space with a special focus being on the Commercial Sector.
My client is seeking a candidate who is well versed within managing Premium A Grade Buildings whilst providing exceptional support to all the Corporate tennants within the premise. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work for one of the big Real Estate Trust Providers. Main Duties and Experience:
- Has strong experience in both FM hard and soft services.
- Experience in managing contactors, assets, tenants, minor capex works
- Coordinate and manage trades and contractors for maintenance and raised work requests/purchase orders and site inspections .
- Experience in helping prepare annual property operations and capital works budgets and the
monitoring - Ability to clearly communicate effectively at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with a range of stakeholders, including senior management, operational site staff, external service providers and contractors
- Manage the effective and efficient operation of all property services, fit-outs and other works
- Must be able to identify issues, deal with escalations, deal with contractors/tenants and site inspections.
- Experience with Base building operations, workorder systems, contractors, and tenants
- Manage contractor relationships and performance, ensure compliance with service contract requirements for all managed contracts.

- Commercial/Premium A Grade Asset Management (Highly Desirable)
- Financial Acumen - Experience within Reporting and Finance (Highly Desirable)
- Base Building Operations ( Highly Desirable)
- No Criminal History (Must have)
- Working Rights in Australia (Must have)
