Environmental Health Officer

Description:

Duties would include:

• Undertake food premises inspections utilising the FPAR
• Communicate with retail food premise proprietors, providing a high level of customer service
• Issue correspondence including – FPAR, educational letters/materials, Improvement Notices and other regulatory reports and correspondence as needed.
• Undertake inspections of beauty salons/skin penetration premises
• Assist wider EHO team as required

Strong customer services skills and ability to negotiate with key stakeholders, utilising an educative approach and escalation to regulation as circumstances require would be desirable.
