Description:
Located in Oberon, this diverse organisation focuses on the community and operates across the local region.Reporting to the General Manager, this short temporary cover is a stand-alone generalist HR role. You will work closely with key stakeholders to day to day HR activities including recruitment process, while dealing with any HR matters that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Initial point of contact for Managers, Directors and Employees in relation to broad general employee relation related issues
- Coordinate the recruitment process, induction and training of new staff members
- Complete administration duties, such as updating database and records
- Prepare all internal and external human resource correspondence and documentation ensuring all compliance is met
- Dealing with union matters when they arise
- Perform any other duties that are required to improve the efficiency of Human Resources
This role is an urgent requirement for the organisation, and immediate start is a must. You will be working with a strong leader, and community organisation who has a positive impact on the wider community. This role is offered as either full-time or part-time hours on site in Oberon.
