The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Venue Manager to lead one of Sydney’s key venues. This role is perfect for a strategic hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a strong, high-performing team
  • Create a service-driven culture that enhances guest satisfaction
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Drive revenue growth and optimize profitability across all departments
  • Implement and execute business strategies to maximize performance
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum five years of experience in senior hospitality management
  • Proven leadership skills in high-volume, high-end venues
  • Strong financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting and cost management
  • Passion for delivering outstanding hospitality and guest experiences
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives for business growth
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
