We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Venue Manager to lead one of Sydney’s key venues. This role is perfect for a strategic hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a strong, high-performing team
- Create a service-driven culture that enhances guest satisfaction
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Drive revenue growth and optimize profitability across all departments
- Implement and execute business strategies to maximize performance
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures
