The ClientA well-established and rapidly growing fire protection company in Sydney, they're seeking an experienced Wet Fire Service Manager to lead the service division.
With over 20 years in the industry, this company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fire protection solutions across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Due to recent major contract wins, this newly created role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to take control of the service side, drive efficiency, boost profitability, and expand the business.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage a team of 10 including service technicians & office staff
- Oversee the service operations of the wet fire division, ensuring efficiency and high-quality delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and streamline processes
- Drive business growth by expanding the client base and securing new contracts
- Ensure compliance with Australian fire safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage budgets, reporting, and operational performance
- Strong leadership and team management experience in the fire protection industry
- In-depth knowledge of wet fire systems including sprinklers, hydrants, and pumps
- Proven track record in service management, process improvement, and business development
- Commercially minded with the ability to drive revenue and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary up to $150k + Super
