Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join their dynamic team.
The Role:As a Contract Administrator , you will play a key role in managing contractual and financial aspects of fit-out projects, ensuring smooth project delivery while mitigating risks. Key Responsibilities:-
Administer and manage contracts, subcontracts, and procurement agreements.

Ensure all contractual obligations and compliance requirements are met.

Assist in cost control, budget tracking, and financial reporting.

Manage variations, claims, and dispute resolution processes.

Prepare and process progress claims, invoices, and payment schedules.

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Maintain accurate documentation and contract records.

Identify and mitigate contractual risks proactively.

Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Contract Administrator in fit-out or construction.

Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and construction methodologies.

Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Law, or a related field (preferred).
