As a Travel Assistant, you will play a key role in helping clients plan and coordinate their travel experiences. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a passion for travel who are eager to learn the industry. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided.Responsibilities:
Assist clients with scheduling and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activitiesCommunicate with clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to gather travel preferences and requirementsResearch and provide clients with information on travel options, destinations, and itinerariesHandle booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations as neededEnsure smooth and efficient coordination of all travel detailsSupport clients by answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely mannerCollaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service and enhance the travel planning experience
Qualifications:
