- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- ECT degree

- Plan and execute an age appropriate program incorporating spontaneous activities.
- Provide a safe, familiar and stimulating environment for the children.
- Guide and direct your team to deliver outstanding care and standards at all times
- Work with your Director and Educational Leader to be the best room leader you can be
- Develop and nurture strong and trusting relationships with families and the children
