As a junior HR Business Partner, you'll be working closely with the senior HR leaders to shape the future of talent and contribute to a collaborative HR team.
What You'll Do:Partner with Leaders: Collaborate closely with HR heads and business partners to deliver operational and strategic HR solutions across the employee lifecycle.Champion Employee Relations: Provide thoughtful advice on ER matters, supporting everything from performance management to disciplinary processes.Drive Recruitment Success: Work with key stakeholders to identify talent needs, coordinate graduate programs, and manage global mobility.Optimise Performance & Rewards: Co-ordinate annual salary reviews, talent assessments, and promotion cycles.Nurture Early Talent: Provide administrative support and co-ordination of Early Careers initiatives, from campus events to induction programs.Innovate HR Practices: Contribute to firm-wide projects, mental health and diversity initiatives, and data-driven HR solutions.Administrative support: provide co-ordination support for the team.
What You'll Bring:Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related fieldA minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR role (generalist experience)Good understanding and experience across the employee life cycleBudding experience in employee relations (you'll need to be at a level where you are competent at having performance conversations, can interrupt policies and provide ER advice)Strong communication skills to build relationships at all levelsAnalytical mindset to turn HR data into actionable insightsCollaborative spirit and a drive to contribute to team successExceptional organisational and administrative skills.
