As we continue to grow, we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and help us create memorable events that exceed expectations.We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized casual Sales and Events Coordinator to help us manage our client relations, coordinate events, and support the sales process. You will be responsible for both administrative and customer-facing duties, including planning events, managing schedules, liaising with vendors, and driving sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:Organize and oversee logistics for events, conferences, and client gatherings.Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure seamless event execution.Assist the sales team in generating leads and following up on sales inquiries.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the planning phase of an event
Qualifications:Proven experience in sales, event coordination, or studies.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver.
