One of Australia’s cutting edge technology firms located in the heart of Sydney CBD, who specialise in Financial Services and IT infrastructure solutions are looking an Infrastructure Support Engineer to join the team for a tenure of 6-months.

We are a well-established IT company that specialises in the Financial Services; therefore, we are looking for someone who is well rounded within technical solutions and project management to meet and exceed client expectations. Due to this growth, we’re now looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer with skills and experience in Azure, DNS, Microsoft 365, Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), Wintel, Fortinet, troubleshooting, VMWare, FSI.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As an Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will be responsible for working with the team to identify and lead or assist in the development of infrastructure and cloud solutions. This position works closely with a small team and Project Manager to identify opportunities to strengthen our software and assist in remote support. Utilising your experience in Azure, DNS, Microsoft 365, Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), Wintel, Fortinet, troubleshooting, VMWare, FSI, we will love to hear all about how you can provide your skillset within our company.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…..
Skills in in Azure, DNS, Microsoft, Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), Troubleshooting, Active Directory, Support, Installation, Repair and Service2 years of experience using Fortinet and WintelAbility to confidently use Remote Desktop protocols and Network issuesMinimum 3 years of experience in the Financial ServicesAble to work in a shift work environment that ranges from 8am-7pm
IT’S NICE TO HAVE…..
FSI certificate but not essential if plausible experience is provided
