Part Time with minimum guaranteed hours depending on availability. Casual opportunities also available.

The Role
We are seeking Community Aged Care Workers to join our Home Care team, working within the Shoalhaven. This role involves providing essential direct care to clients, supporting them to maintain their independence while receiving high-quality support with their personal care, household tasks, social activities, and community access. You will work alongside a dedicated team of professionals, empowering individuals to live enriched, purposeful lives within their own homes and the broader community. We have a high demand for workers in both the central and southern areas of the Shoalhaven.

Requirements (possess or willing to obtain through the recruitment process)
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting professional relationships and encourage independence.
- National Police Check (issued with the last 3 months)
- Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate,
- Unrestricted Australian driver’s licence, reliable & insured vehicle.
- Capacity to work collaboratively within a team, working within guidelines and established practices
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to care and service delivery.
- COVID-19 Vaccination (minimum of primary dose)
