About Our Role - We Care About Others
The Finance Officer supports the Finance team and ensures financial reporting deadlines are met. Working with the Finance team, the role assists in ensuring financial information is accurately processed in a timely manner.
Process accounts payable invoices for accurate data entry into the accounting systemReconcile subsidiary ledgers to the general ledgerPrepare monthly journals and general journalsCalculate and prepare accounts receivable invoices for billingProvide administrative duties as required
This is a part-time position consisting of 22.8 hours per week.
The hourly rate will be between $38.43 and $40.05 per hour.

Our Requirements To Provide Care
A sound working knowledge of accounting information systems Experience in Microsoft Office, specifically ExcelAnalytical and problem-solving skillsA current Working with Children Check
